This all-natural 100% grass-fed Australian Rack of Lamb is elegant and delicious. This fresh lamb is raised specifically for us without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Our chefs love these because the wonderful flavor and size are extremely consistent from rack to rack. Each rack serves 2-3 people.

Rhode Island’s sustainable aquaculture movement began about twenty years ago with the birth of today’s modern oyster farms. Oysters grow quickly at farms located on the bay, and at farms located on coastal ponds, which now contain a higher salinity due to opened breachways. We go to great care when we source our shellfish – you will taste the difference.

We use Chem-Free Vannamei White Shrimp from Indonesia that is plump juicy and cooks up nice a crispy. Chef Marcos has been making our poaching liquid with White Wine, Celery, Peppercorn, and Garlic the same way for 20 years.Plus, you’ll get to try our very own Cocktail sauce, a marriage made in heaven!
Smoked Nova Salmon
Our line of Nova salmon packs is made from Atlantic salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These hand-cut fillets are cured using just the right blend of ingredients and slowly smoked with real hardwood chips. These techniques have been in our family recipe for four generations.
