At All Fresh Seafood, we take pride in sourcing the world’s best seafood—and our sardine program is no exception. Our Portuguese sardines are harvested from the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean, where cold, nutrient-rich currents produce some of the finest sardines on earth.
Because sardines are extremely perishable, we use a Frozen at Sea (FAS) program—meaning each fish is frozen within hours of being caught. This locks in peak freshness, so when you defrost and prepare them, it’s like the ocean is coming alive on your plate.
