The Rolls Royce of Claws – 4 to 5 pieces per pound cooked to perfection paired with our very own creamy mustard sauce that brings smiles to all. We source these claws fresh from our fishing partners out of Key West Florida where some of the best fishing is known to happen!  From being caught and cooked we receive our large stone crab claws within 24 hours fresh, never frozen to make for a truly memorable experience.
Stone Crabs are available fresh during Stone Crab season only. The season begins on October 15 and ends on May 1. During the summer months, we offer superior quality, previously frozen claws that arrive ready to eat and enjoy. We take all the guesswork of having to defrost – no muss or fuss, just serve with our mustard sauce and let the good times roll.

We typically recommend ordering 1 lb per person if you are planning a dinner. If you are pairing these to make a surf and turf delight, you may be able to get away with 1/2 lb per person. We hope this helps you plan!
